- The tables below mainly include train operations for the Takasaki Line between Ueno (Tōkyō) and Takasaki.
- The tables below do not include ‘out of service’ and some temporary trains, as well as the trains through the Hachikō Line (seen between Kuragano and Takasaki). These tables do not reflect recent timetables.
- In ‘Type’ of ‘Rolling stock’, ‘Yama E231/E233’ or ‘E231[U]’ means the E231 or E233 series based at Oyama Depot, and ‘Kotsu E231/E233’ or ‘E231[K]’ means the E231 or E233 series based at Kōzu Depot. For each depots E231 and E233 are used interchangeably. In case of accident or other reasons, the operations may be changed temporarily for a few days.
- ‘Cars’ of ‘Rolling stock’ represents the longest car formation during the operation.
- The symbol ‘●’ in ‘Green’ of ‘Rolling stock’ represents that the train contains Green car(s). For limited expresses, the seats of Green cars may be ‘reserved’ seat.
- The tables below are divided by time ranges (in JST), but the approximate times are used for the ranges, so please use them as unreliable information.
- Yellow background color for the departure and arrival station name (i.e. the train number suffix is ‘E’) represents the train through the Ueno-Tōkyō Line (via Tōkyō), and Bold style for the train number (i.e. the train number suffix is ‘Y’) represents the train through the Shōnan-Shinjuku Line (via Shinjuku).
- The ‘Operation’ numbers come from ‘Operation research of Miya-Yama E231/E233 series 10-car sets’, ‘Operation research of Miya-Yama E231/E233 series 5-car sets’, and ‘Operation research of Miya-Oh 651 (651-1000) series’, but are unofficial information since those are based on the original research.
- The ‘Operation’ numbers for E231 or E233 series of Kōzu Depot, especially from 201 to 257 and from 301 to 351, come from nagarin's website ‘東海道線運用調べTai!’ (Japanese website).
